Refund policy

UK Returns
We have taken every care to produce high quality garments that will serve you well but in the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged and you need to return or exchange it, please follow the steps below and refer to the relevant section.

International Returns
You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning items back to us. Once received, the standard returns policy and conditions will apply.

Please note - For hygiene reasons, the garment(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unmarked or soiled and the garment labels must still be attached. We cannot refund any items that have been worn or washed. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the products. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Please email hello@thineorganics.com with your order number to receive a tracked returns label and arrange your parcel collection. Always retain your proof of postage receipt in case items get lost in the post – we cannot process refunds or exchanges without this should an item get lost in transit when being returned to us.
2. If you have sent/received an item as a gift but it is faulty and outside of the returns window, please get in touch with us at the email address above and let us know so we can help to rectify the situation. Please see the Gift section below for further information.

Processing your Refund
You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has been processed. Funds should usually show in your account 7 days after being issued.

Exchanges
If an item is discovered to be faulty and you’d like to exchange it for another product of the same value, please let us know when you complete step 1 (above), otherwise we are happy to send you a gift voucher for the equivalent value. Gift vouchers can be used for 12 months from the date of being issued.

Gifts
If the item being returned is a gift, you can choose to either exchange it for an item of the same value or receive a gift voucher for the value of the return. Please let us know when you complete step 1 -2 above. Gift vouchers can be used for 12 months from the date of being issued.

Faulty items
If you believe a product is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us straight away by emailing hello@thineorganics.com and providing us with your order number, a description of the fault/damage and photo of the product. If the item was purchased within 30 days, and subject to confirmation of a fault, you are entitled to a full refund. If products are found to be faulty that have been used or purchased after 30 days, you will be offered a free exchange.
