Care Guidance

For best results and to maximise the life of our garments, we recommend hand washing in cool water with gentle detergent. If using a washing machine, go low at 30 degrees celsius before laying flat to air dry. Please do not tumble dry or dry clean. Using a wash bag to protect your delicates can prolong their lifespan.

When will my items arrive?

UK Delivery - We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days so you can expect delivery 2 - 5 working days later if you are sending to a UK address.

International Delivery - Will vary by country, please check our Shipping Policy for more details.

What about duties & customs?

If you live outside of the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to your country’s import duties. Sadly we cannot estimate custom & import duties in your country. If import duty is to be paid before customs authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay these duties. Thine organics isn't responsible for these duties nor any delays due to payment not being made in your country.

How do I return and/or exchange items?

We have taken every care to produce high quality garments that will serve you well but in the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged and you need to return or exchange it, please see our Returns Policy for further information.

When will I receive my refund?

When returning items, please allow at least 5 working days for your package to reach us or longer if you’re returning from outside of the UK. We aim to issue refunds within 14 working days upon receiving items and all required information. Should you be returning items from outside of the UK, you must state the package is ‘Returned Merchandise’ on the customs form(s) otherwise we incur a customs fee, failure to do so means that the customs fee will be deducted from your refund. All refunds exclude postage, however you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you require an exchange. Customers will be refunded in the method of their original payment and for security reasons, we will not make refunds to a third party.
